    打造人才創業高地

    對企業引進的「兩院」院士、博士、重點技術領域等各類高層次人才，按不同層次給予每人不超過50萬的一次性安家補貼，提供人才公寓、租房補貼等住房保障服務。

    給予引進人才前5年發放專項津貼，年度考核後按考核結果分等次發放，考核結果未達到合格的不發放。津貼標準為：博士或正高級職稱考核為優秀的50000元/年，合格的30000元/年；全日製碩士研究生或副高級職稱考核為優秀的30000元/年，合格的20000元/年；中級職稱考核為優秀的10000元/年，合格的8000元/年。引進人才子女縣內入學問題由縣教育局按有關規定抓好統籌協調。引進的省外人才及其隨遷配偶、子女的戶口參照《海南省引進人才落戶實施辦法》及有關規定予以解決。

The Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Academy of Engineering, talents with a doctor's degree, and talents in key technical fields,a one-time settlement subsidy of no more than 500,000 yuan will be given to each of them according to different levels, and housing security services such as talents apartment and rental subsidy will be provided.

Special allowance will be provided for the first 5 years of the introduction of talents. After the annual assessment, the allowance will be graded according to the assessment results. Those who fail to meet the assessment results will not be granted. The allowance standard is: RMB 50,000 / year if the doctor or senior title is assessed as excellent, RMB 30,000 / year if qualified; Full-time master or associate senior title assessment is excellent 30,000 yuan/year, qualified 20,000 yuan/- year; Intermediate title assessment is excellent 10,000 yuan/year, qualified 8,000 yuan/year. The county education Bureau will coordinate the enrollment issue of talents' offspring according to relevant regulations. The hukou of the imported talents from outside the province and their accompanying spouses and children will be settled in accordance with the Implementation Measures of Hainan Province for the Introduction of Talents and other relevant regulations.
